With that being said, HOWEVER, there are two negatives to being at home. The first is trying to resist the overwhelming urge to take care of daily household chores and get things "settled" since we are in a new home AND we have two new babies on the way (the urge to "nest" has been teetering on the verge of primal the past few days). Don't get me wrong...I am still doing absolutely nothing at all. But it is frustrating not being able to get up and having all this "work" staring me in the face. The other (as we discovered today) is having to go to doctor's appointments. I had a doctor's appointment today at 1pm. We did not get home until after 4pm. Kind of paradoxical for someone who is supposed to be on pretty strict bed rest. And it wore me slap out. Ironically, being on bed rest for nearly 2 months is exhausting. These days just getting a shower leaves me winded. So a 3-hour doctor appointment downtown really did me in. We had planned on trying to be seen twice a week, one appointment with my regular doctor, and one with my high-risk doctor. But today we decided along with my doctor that once a week should do it. Thank goodness! BUT...do NOT get me wrong...there is NO place like home, and I would SO MUCH rather be here than lying in that hospital room!!
We are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are hopefully a few weeks away from meeting our two little guys...and from a new form of exhaustion setting in... :)

SO glad you are home and doing well! I cannot imagine the torture of having to do nothing while wanting to get everything settled and ready. Hang in there, one day sooner than you think possible, you'll be looking back on all of this telling stories of how those two miracles made their way into this world! :)
