Lake Keowee

We spent this past weekend with my mom's side of the family at Lake Keowee in South Carolina.  Lori's boss owns a home there and gave her a full week to spend.  Since it was large enough to host all of us, Lori and Brian kindly invited us all to tag along.  We had such a fabulous weekend at this beautiful place!  The weather was awesome!

This is Matthew the last 15 minutes or so of our trip there.  The first two hours and fifteen minutes he screamed.  The. Whole. Time.

Feelin' Fall

The weather this summer has been pretty rough if you ask me.  It has been so hot and humid!  And BUGGY!  The gnats, flies, and mosquitoes are unbearable.  We had been getting pretty stir crazy in this household, so you can imagine how excited we were when things actually began to cool off, even if only a little!  One of the first cool evenings that we had, we slipped out onto the golf course for a little play time ;)
