Kelly had my second precious nephew, Joshua Burnette Hughes, yesterday 9/2/11 at about 11am. Isn't he suh-weet?! He decided to surprise his mommy and daddy and make a slightly earlier appearance than planned, but so glad to share that both he and mommy are doing well.
As for the Todd's, what have we been up to lately? Well, feeding, ATTEMPTING to sleep (stress attempting), laundry, changing diapers, pumping, and did I mention feeding? The cycle continues. The boys are about 7 1/2 weeks old now and not much has changed as far as our day to day schedule. Kate has completed about 3 weeks of Mother's Day Out now and is adjusting so well. We are so proud of her. We are still sooo blessed to have wonderful help in our parents. Grammy has been here staying with us during the week, while Nana and Papa have been coming over to stay with us on the weekends.
The boys haven't exactly figured out sleeping yet. And unfortunately we think they are having the same reflux issues that Kate had. Between gas and reflux, they have trouble staying asleep once they get there. Which means loooong nights for Mommy and Daddy. But it's ok. We are hanging in there...we know it is only temporary and they will soon settle into a routine...hopefully :)

So hard for me to believe that my precious little girl will be 2 in just a few short weeks. Where has my baby gone?! She has been through a LOT of changes for a little girl over the past few months, and she has adjusted so beautifully. We could not be more proud of her. She has such a sweet spirit and disposition. L.O.V.E. this sweet girl.
So happy that Joshua and she are both doing well. Renee and I are both sick, so we are staying clear for now, but will be in touch soon! I sent Kelly a text congratulating her. The boys are precious and that Kate is such a pretty little girl. Sounds like all is well with the exception of sleep! :) You are right, this will pass... unless your child is Carson!!! He STILL doesn't sleep through the night!!! Ya'll have truly been blessed with LOTS of boys and a sweet girl! :)

It was so nice catching up with Kelly, Billy and your mom @ the hospital....wish we could've seen you too!!! Sending hugs and prayers your way. :)
