Yep, this is officially day #18 of continuous hospital bed rest, and day #25 since this whole journey with "pre-term labor" began. Still hanging in there and babies still cooking! And no, I haven't lost my mind just yet. Books/reading have been a lifesaver. This morning they came in and took measurements on the little guys to see what kind of progress they are making. Baby A is 2 pounds today (40th percentile) and Baby B is 2 pounds 3 oz. today (52nd percentile). They are right on track with where they should be regarding their gestational age and to each other. Health-wise, they are looking wonderful. Great news! I seem to be stable as well. The plan is still to head home at 28 weeks if we continue to cruise along as we have been. That will be Friday, May 27. Ironically, that is also the day/weekend that Joe is planning on getting us moved into the new house! What a month May has turned out to be! I tell Joe, "One day we will look back on 2011 and think, 'what in the world happened to us that year?!?'"
**We are getting very, very close to having names picked out for "A" and "B." Promise we don't plan to call them "A" and "B" forever :)
Lay it down.
